Art Appreciation Volunteers Meeting Next Fri, March 28:
Our next presentation for volunteers is Fri, March 28 at 9:15am in the lunch-room. Please join us to learn about our last artist presentation of the year, Chinese Kites and Cai Guo-Qiang. If you have a chance, you can enjoy the dramatic works of this contemporary Chinese artist in a special retrospective exhibition at the Guggenheim Museum now through May. It would be great if everyone could finish their Shona sculpture classroom presentations before we start on this next one. |

The Murray Tigers are Roar ‘N for Spring! The much-anticipated Spring Fair will be upon us before we know it!! “Orange and Black are Back” will be the theme for 2008! Let’s look forward to a fabulous time for the whole family on Saturday, May 10! Save the date!!! |
Healthy Bite from the Nutrition and Wellness Committee:
If the Easter Bunny makes his way to your house consider putting less candy in your baskets and more creative treats like stickers, pencils, pens, crayons and coloring books, puzzles or healthy treats like nuts and dried fruit. Oh -- don't forget the carrots -- every bunny loves carrots for their crunch and dose of Vitamins A and C! Hope you enjoyed the nutrition handouts that came home in the backpacks this week.
