Game Room Schedule - Adding and Editing Events
  1. Go to the Game Room section of the Murray Avenue PTA webpage.
  2. Click on the date for which you wish to enter an "event" (names of volunteers).
  3. When prompted for a User Name and Password, use the following [User Name (same for "Add" and "Edit"): "murgame" - Password(s): "$9add" (adding events) "$9edit" (editing)].
  4. Click the "Create" link, to the left of "Daily Events for (the date you selected)".
  5. Type the names in the "Calendar Text" field. A simple carriage return ("Enter" key) seems to be enough to separate the names to different lines. Note: If for some reason you're not getting the same result and wish to force a separation of names, simply type <BR> immediately following the first name.
    Because there are two Game Room schedules to post you will need to separate them using a number of HTML tags. If you copy and paste the following into the "Calendar Text" field you will need only to edit the names.

    Editing can be simplified by double clicking on "VolunteerName#" to highlight it before typing (or pasting) in the correct name.

  6. Click the "Submit" button to finish your entry.
  7. These actions return you to a page where you can:
    a.) preview your most recent entry (click the "Edit" link just to the left of it if you wish to modify the entry, you will be prompted for the "Edit" User Name and Password, noted above, just once per session granting you editing rights; and/or
    b.) proceed to the next addition (or edit) by selecting the date from the horizontal listing at the top of this screen.
